This policy has been effective since August 1, 2021.

1) Items Collected
To manage corporate inquiries, service/product inquiries, job inquiries, website inquiries, reports of misconduct,
or security reports, the Company collects the following personal information:

However, refusing to provide required information may make it impossible for the Company to respond to the inquiry.

The Company destroys the information without delay once feedback to customer inquiries (corporate, service/product, or website inquiries) has been provided.
6. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows:
1) Destruction procedure
Information entered by users is stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies (refer to the retention and usage period) and then destroyed.
This information is not used for any purpose other than those permitted by law.
2) Destruction method
- Printed personal information: destroyed by shredding or incineration
- Electronic files: deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery
7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Company implements the following technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure personal information security:
1) Establishment and execution of internal management plans
2) Minimization and training of personnel handling personal information
Access rights to database systems are controlled through granting, modifying, or deleting permissions.
Unauthorized external access is blocked using intrusion prevention systems.
3) Record keeping and tamper prevention
Personal information system access logs are stored for at least six months and protected against tampering or loss.
4) Technical measures against hacking and unauthorized access
The Company installs and regularly updates security programs to prevent leakage or damage from hacking or computer viruses.
Systems are placed in controlled areas and monitored technically and physically.
8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users and legal representatives may access, correct, or delete their personal information at any time.
Requests can be made via phone or email to the personal information manager, and actions will be taken promptly after identity verification.
If a user requests correction due to inaccuracies, the information will not be used or provided until correction is completed.
If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party without delay.
Personal information deleted or terminated based on a user's request will be processed as stated in the retention and usage period and will not be accessed or used for any other purpose.
9. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Collection Devices
The Company does not operate devices that automatically collect personal information, such as cookies.

According to Articles 35 (Access to Personal Information), 36 (Correction/Deletion of Personal Information), and 37 (Suspension of Processing of Personal Information) of the Personal Information Protection Act, users whose rights or interests have been infringed by the disposition or omission of a public institution may file an administrative appeal.
